The Death Penalty in Jewish and American Law

Samuel Levine is a professor of law at Touro Law Center and the director of the Jewish Law Institute. He has published more than 40 law review articles in the areas of legal ethics, criminal law, law and religion, Jewish law, and constitutional law.
