Rabbi Eli Brackman

Rabbi Eli Brackman is director of Chabad of Oxford and the Oxford University Chabad Society since 2001. He gained his Rabbinical Diploma (Semicha) at the Central Lubavitch Yeshiva and is a noted author on topics of both academic and popular Jewish interest. He serves on the board of Chabad on Campus UK, Chabad on Campus Europe and Chabad on Campus International.

Living in Britain one grows accustomed to the concept of a monarchy and royal family. Although it does not have the same legislative powers it once had, it is nevertheless indisputably the remnants of a powerful monarchy whose powers ruled the seven great seas.
